Position: Teacher

Early Years / Head of Academics
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate English lessons that develop foundational literacy skills, including phonics, vocabulary, and oral communication.
•Create a warm, inclusive, and print-rich classroom environment that encourages exploration and a love for reading.
•Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
•Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.

Qualifications and Experience:

2. Head of Secondary English
Position: Administrator
Reporting to: Head of Academics / Head of Secondary
Job Overview:
The Head of Secondary English will provide dynamic leadership and management for the English department across the Secondary school. This role involves driving high standards of teaching and learning, developing curriculum, and inspiring both students and teachers to achieve excellence in English language and literature.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the Secondary English department, managing a team of teachers and fostering collaborative planning.
•Develop and refine the English curriculum for Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A-Level/IBDP, ensuring rigor and engagement.
•Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the department, providing coaching and support.
•Analyze student performance data in internal and external examinations to set targets and implement improvement strategies.
•Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.
•Promote a whole-school culture of literacy and a passion for English.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3. IBDP, AS, A level, IGCSE Economics / Business Studies Teacher
Position: Teacher
Reporting to: Head of Humanities / Head of Academics
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated teacher to deliver Economics and Business Studies to students in the IB Diploma Programme and Cambridge AS/A Levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and the ability to make complex economic and business concepts accessible and exciting.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in IBDP Economics and Cambridge AS/A Level Economics and Business Studies.

Key Responsibilities:
•Teach Physics to students in the IB Diploma Programme and Cambridge AS/A Levels.
